摘要
将装配工艺信息模型包含的数据分为对象信息、约束信息和过程信息三类,对于不同的信息采用不同的模型方式表达。提出了将产品的三维模型先转化成轻量化模型,以轻量化模型为基础进行装配工艺信息建模的方法,并给出了轻量化装配信息模型的整体框架。轻量化的特点和模型信息的完善性,使得该模型完全可以作为装配工艺规划通用装配信息模型来使用。最后通过实例验证了该方法的有效性。
The assembly process model information can be divided into three classes： object information, restrict information and process information, and different information is expressed by different model. The method of assembly modeling based on lightweight model which i＇s transformed by three-dimensional product model was proposed. The frame of lightweight assembly model was given. Owing to the characteristic of lightweight and model＇s integrality, the model can be used as a common model.
