Toll样受体4/核因子-κB信号系统与动脉粥样硬化 被引量:1

摘要 动脉粥样硬化是一种涉及炎症和免疫反应的复杂的慢性炎性疾病,其起始触发因子及其信号传导途径目前还不清楚,但经修饰的脂质和感染因子被认为在动脉粥样硬化的发生发展过程中起一定作用。对于各种触发因子.机体通过模式识别受体(pattern—recognition receptors.PRRs)识别病源相关分子模式最为我们所熟知的是toll样受体(toll—likereceptors,TLRs)。动脉粥样硬化病变的多种细胞成分如巨噬细胞、内皮细胞及平滑肌细胞均发现有TLRs表达。高脂血症早就被认为是动脉粥样硬化的危险因素.经修饰的脂质在动脉粥样硬化的触发及发展过程中起重要作用。但其作用机制目前还没有定论,
