以侵犯大关节为首发表现的Felty综合征1例

摘要 患者女，67岁．于1996年10月无明显诱因出现双踝、双膝关节肿胀、疼痛，伴晨僵，发热，在外院查RF（＋），诊断为类风湿性关节炎，给予对症治疗，症状减轻，此后间断口眼消炎止痛药、激素、中药等（具体不详）。2008年12月自觉全身关节肿痛加重，双下肢及颜面部浮肿。不能下地行走，生活不能自理。伴食欲下降、腹胀，口服消炎止痛药后关节肿痛不能缓解，为进一步诊治于2009年2月1日来我院住院治疗。查体：体温36．2℃．
