废旧橡胶改性混凝土力学性能试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 废旧轮胎橡胶改性混凝土是用橡胶微粒作为水泥混凝土掺合料配制而成的新型混凝土。试验结果表明:含有不同种类橡胶(胶粉、胶粒A、胶粒B)的拌合物工作性能略有不同。改性混凝土力学性能表明:改性混凝土的立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、弯折强度等均随橡胶掺量的增加而降低,但同时也表现出了密度小、韧性好、抗裂性能强、变形能力大、力学性能可恢复等传统混凝土难以企及的卓越性能。 The crumb rubber modified concrete is mix the new concretes which mixed with the rubber particle as the cement concrete configuration.The test result indicated : different type mbber (rubber powder, colloidal particle A, colloidal particle B ) mixtures, operating performance have the difference slightly.The modified coagulation soil mechanics performance indicated: In the modified coagulation's cube compressive strength, the cleavage tensile strength, the bend intensity and so on mix the quantity along with the rubber to increase reduce, but simtlhaneously also displayed the density to be small, toughness was good, the crack resistance could strong, distortion ability be big, the mechanical properties might restore the remarkable performance which and so on traditional concretes hoped to attain with difficulty.
