摘要
通常情况下,TBM完成组装后,并非紧邻掌子面,需要向前移动一段或长或短的距离方能具备始发掘进条件,称之为步进。掘进机长距离步进决定了工期、经济效益等问题。以兰渝铁路西秦岭隧道工程为例,对以往长距离步进模式进行了改进,对弧形钢板支撑的模式进行步进予以了探讨,可供相关工程参考。
Under normal circumstances, TBM need to move forward, not very close to the starting face of the tunnel, for a little longer or shorter distance after assembly, so that it can meet the requirements of the initial boring. The forward distance is regarded as stepping. The issues about the total duration of project and economic effectiveness and so on depend on the long distance stepping of TBM. The thesis takes West Qin Ling Tunnel Project of Lan Yu Rail as example to improve the previous mode of stepping and discuss the mode of stepping by means of the arc-shaped steel plate support according to the conditions of West Qin Ling Tunnel Project.
