摘要
对TBM-319掘进机试掘进期间检测所发现的问题进行分析,强调了在新掘进机投入使用的同时,建立健全主轴承状态监测的重要性,提出了一套应对主轴承润滑油问题的监测措施和应对主轴承这类重要部件问题的逆向解决方案。
The thesis analyses the problems identified during the test of boring, focuses on the importance of establishing and perfecting the monitor of the main bearing during the use of the new TBM and proposes a set of monitoring measures dealing with the issues of the main beating lubrication and the reverse problem solution which handle the problems of the key components like main bearing.
