摘要
毛川高速公路牛角坪隧道左线施工过程中遇到溶洞,结合这一工况,研究了处理方案并予以实施:采用片石砼、隧道洞碴回填隧道底部溶洞空腔;钢筋砼板配合边墙纵梁、梁间横梁跨越溶洞;钢拱架、挂网喷射砼形成隧道衬砌轮廓;泵送砼回填边墙、拱部腔体完成溶洞施工处理。采用该方式处理溶洞,取得了较好的效果,可供相关工程借鉴。
Maochuan Freeway Niujiaoping tunnel left line encountered the Karst Cave during the course of construction. Combined with the working conditions, the thesis studies and carries out the treatment program. The steps of the program are as follows : using the nubble concrete and the tunnel debris to refill the cavity of karst cave at the bottom of the tunnel ; reinforcing concrete plate with the side-wall girders and beams across the karst cave; forming the tunnel lining contour with the help of the ring beam and hanging mesh sprayed nubble concrete ; backfilling the side walls and arch cavity by pumping the nubble concrete and then complete the construction treatment of the karst cave. The method of treating the karst cave has achieved good results and can be reference for the relevant projects.
