摘要
通过问卷调查,对上海市护理人员队伍的职业心理状况及其影响因素进行了分析。结果显示,护理人员对工作伙伴的满意度(平均72分)比对报酬与福利和社会地位的满意度高(平均分别为51.83分和55.35分),护理人员的离职意愿仍较高(平均为64.96分)。建议应当提高护理人员报酬的公平性、提升护理人员的自信心、降低护理人员的职业倦怠和离职意愿。
The authors analyzed occupational psychology of nursing staff and its influence factors in Shanghai after a questionnaire survey. The results showed that the average satisfaction score of nursing staff toward co-workers (mean = 72)was higher than those toward payment (mean = 51.83) and social status (mean = 55.35 ). The results also revealed that the average score of the turnover intention ( mean = 64.96) was still relatively high. The authors suggested that the faimess of the payment and welfare and the self-confidence of nursing staff should be improved and that the professional weariness and turnover intention of nursing staff should be reduced.
