摘要
以宁波卫生职业教育集团为例,探索卫生职业教育集团组织管理体制和双向多边的新型合作机制,共建实习实训、教育培训、技术开发与服务、交流合作、职业发展服务平台和教学团队建设,深化卫生职业教育的改革与发展,探索我国卫生职业教育集团化办学新模式。
This paper takes Ningbo Health Vocational Education Group as a ease study, focusing on the management system of health vocational education group organization and a new type of two-way multilateral cooperation mechanisms. Six important platforms, i.e. the internship training, the education training, the technology development and services, the exchanges and cooperation, the professional development services and construction of the professional team work, have been built to promote the reform and development of health vocational edueafion and explore the new school-running pattern of national health vocational education group collectivization.
