摘要
实习前培训是强化学生临床基本技能,缩短学生进入临床实习后的适应期,尽快进入角色的有效途径。通过改进实践教学模式,有效地利用教学资源,改善教学条件,弥补课堂教学的不足,学生进入实习后,基本操作、基本技能、临床诊治能力、医患沟通能力明显高于以往实习生。
Pre-practice training is an effective route for medical students to strengthen the clinical essential skills, shorten the adaptive period and serve as interns. By improving the teaching practice mode, utilizing the teaching sources, amending the teaching conditions, remedying the deficiency of classroom instruction, when these students begin the practice, their basic manipulation, fundamental skills, the ability of clinical diagnosis and treatment, and the capability of communication are much better than the previous interns.
