摘要
以黄灯笼辣椒子叶和下胚轴为外植体,研究了不同激素组合、苗龄、AgNO3(不同浓度)等对辣椒再生的影响。结果表明:①10~15d苗龄的外植体分化频率最高;②添加5.0mg/L的AgNO3可有效地减轻外植体或愈伤组织褐化程度;③最佳芽诱导分化培养基为MS+BA5.0mg/L+IAA1.0mg/L;④最佳芽伸长垮养基为MS+BA3.0mg/L+IAA1.0mg/L+GA34.0mg/L;⑤最佳生根培养基为MS+IAA0.5mg/L。
Using the cotyledon and hypocotyl of pepper (Capsicum chinense Jacq. ) as explants, the effects of different hormone combinations, seedling ages and AgNO3 (in different concentration) on the regeneration of pepper were studied in this paper. The results were as follows: (1)The highest frequency of explants differentiation was obtained by 10-15 d seedlings; (2)adding AgNO3 5.0 mg/L can effectively lighten the browning of the explants or callus; (3)MS + BA 5.0 mg/L + IAA 1.0 mg/L is the best medium for bud differentiation; (4)MS+ BA 3.0 mg/L + IAA 1.0 mg/L + GA3 4.0 mg/L is the best medium for shoot elongation; (5) MS+ IAA 0.5 mg/L is the best medium for root induction.
