摘要
目的:观察补阳还五汤对局灶性脑缺血模型大鼠血清细胞因子的影响。方法:采用线栓法建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血的动物模型,在缺血后24h采静脉血,以酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测血清中IL-1、IL-6和IL-10含量的变化。结果:脑缺血24h大鼠血清中IL-1、IL-6、IL-10水平均显著升高(P<0.01);中医方剂补阳还五汤均能显著降低脑缺血模型大鼠血清中IL-1和IL-6水平(P<0.01),显著升高IL-10水平(P<0.01)。结论:补阳还五汤对局灶性脑缺血模型大鼠血清细胞因子的影响是其对脑缺血保护作用的可能机制之一。
Objective：to study the effects of buyang huanwu decoction on cytokines in rats with focal brain ischemia. Method：The rat model of local brain ischemia was established by using intraluminal suture. The rats were killed 24 hours after brain ischemia,and venous blood were sampled. The serum levels of IL-1 IL-6 and IL-10 were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） methods. Results：The serum level of IL-1 IL-6 and IL-10 increased after brain ischemia 24 hours;Nimodipine and Chinese herb buyang huanwu decoction on cytokines in rats with focal brain iscbemia may be one of the mechanism of protective effects.
