摘要
目的了解广州市120网络医院院前急救能力现状,探讨急救体系中存在的问题,为提高广州市院前急救能力及群众满意度提供科学依据。方法采用横断面研究方法,对广州市52家120网络医院进行日常工作资料收集、现场问卷调查。结果 52家网络医院急救科全部制定了出车制度、突发公共卫生事件报告制度、24h值班制度、现场急救制度和首诊负责制度;中心城区居民对急救服务态度的满意率为84.6%,在非中心城区为86.3%。结论广州市院前急救资源配置存在着空间上的不均衡,群众对院前急救能力的满意度有待提高。
Objective To investigate the current status of emergency response capacity of the 120 network hospitals in Guangzhou and find out the major issues, to provide the scientific support for improving emergency response capacity and satisfaction of Guangzhou hospitals. Methods The data about the daily work of 52 hospitals and the on-site questionnaire were collected by cross-sectional study. Results The systems of out of the bus, public health emergency reporting, 24-hour duty, on-site first-aid and the first diagnosis responsibility were established and implemented. The satisfaction for the emergency services was 84.6% and 86.3% in the central and non-central city zones respectively. Conclusion The allocation of emergency resources is unbalanced. The satisfaction of the masses for emergency capacity needs to be improved.
