介绍了自我管理模式的概念及其由来,重点将自我管理同健康教育/病人教育、自我照护、自我调节和自我管理支持4个概念进行比较辨析,以期能够正确理解自我管理模式,避免混淆相关概念,导致认识误区。
It introduced the concept and the origin of self-management model. It focused mainly on the comparison and discriminating among 4 concepts as self - management and health education/patient education, self - care, self - regulation and self - management support. The aim is one can get a correct understanding of self- management model to avoid confusions of related concepts leaded to misunderstanding.
