自血光量子疗法佐治妊娠高血压综合征的临床观察

Clinical study of UBI as a cure for PIH

目的：探讨血光量子疗法（UBI）对妊高征治疗的可行性及临床应用价值。方法：采用UBI对11例妊高征患者分别行40次治疗，于治疗前后分别观察患者的自觉症状、血压及相关血流变指标的变化。结果：UBI后自觉症状明显改善，血压较治疗前明显降低（P＜0.01），血浆粘度和纤维蛋白原轻治疗前明显降低（P＜0.01）。结论：UBI佐治妊高征方法简便、效果可靠，可有效地改善患者自觉症状、降低血压、降低血浆粘度和疏通微循环，无任何不良反应。

Objective: To assess the feasinibity and clinical application of UBI in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods: UBI was perfbrmed in the treatment of 11 cases with PIH for 40 times in all. observation of subjective. symptom, blood pressure and the related hemorrheology index was made before and after treatment. Result: all of the patients,subjective symptoms improved and got much lower blood pressure after treatment (P＜0.01).Plasma viscosity and fibrinogen was much lower than pre-treatment, too. (P＜0.01). Conclusion:UBI is safe, simple and effective as a cure for PIH. It can effectively improve the patient's subjective symptom, lower the blood pressure, reduce the plasma viscosity and therefore dredge microcirculation. No adverse effects were observed.
