摘要
目的探讨初中生焦虑与应对方式之间的关系,为学校实施有效的干预措施提供依据。方法应用中学生焦虑量表和中学生应对方式量表,从两所中学随机抽取300名学生进行问卷调查。结果1初中生焦虑总均分为2.13±0.62分,51.4%的学生存在不同程度的焦虑,以轻度焦虑为主,占41.4%。不同性别、年级的焦虑总均分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同地区学生焦虑总均分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2问题解决的应对方式与焦虑呈显著负相关(P<0.05),而指向情绪的应对方式与焦虑呈显著正相关(P<0.01);3应对方式与焦虑程度有关,有无焦虑者的指向情绪的应对方式存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在青少年的心理健康教育过程中,引导学生采用指向问题的积极的应对方式有助于改善其焦虑。
Objective To explore the correlation between coping style and anxiety of junior high school students and to provide bases for the intervention measures in middle schools. Methods Chinese Middle School Students Anxiety Scale and Coping Style Scale of Middle School Students were administered to 292 junior high school students. Results ①The mean score of anxiety was 2. 13±0.62, but there was 51.4% students with anxiety of different levels. The comparisons of anxiety between males and females, and among different grades showed significant difference (P〈0.05); but no statistical difference was found among different regions (P〈0.05). ②A negative relationship was found between solving-problem coping strategies and anxiety. A positive relationship was found between emotion-focused coping strategies and anxiety. ③Coping style was correlated with the level of anxiety and there was significant difference of emotion-focused coping strategies among different levels of anxiety. Conclusion It is helpful to use solving-problem coping strategies to alleviate the anxious symptom of junior high school students.
