摘要
在教育部和成都市财政局高调要求加强科研项目绩效管理背景下，作者努力寻求切实可行的项目绩效管理模式。通过吸取美国和澳大利亚以过程导向为主对科研项目实施有效管理的经验，针对高职院校科研特点和国内现行科研管理体制弊端，提出可建立网络化动态监控体系对科研项目落实绩效管理。
The Education Department of China and the Financial Bureau of Chengdu Municipality have highlighted the necessity of enhancing performance management in scientific research project management. On the study of the successful experience of performance management in U.S.A and Australia, this essay probes the feasibility of constructing dynamic administrative system online to improve the efficiency of performance management, as an effort to innovate the current management defects in scientific research administration in China.
