摘要
本文从川菜的历史底蕴、独特风味、考究的工艺以及包容渗透的发展趋势等方面，介绍了川菜及川菜文化独有的魅力，并由此归纳出川菜文化中“和”、“廉”、“变”、“通”、“美”的中华民族精神，最后介绍了川菜在海外华人中的积极影响，提出了让川菜文化连接世界华人根脉的具体措施。
This article introduces the Sichuan cuisine and the unique charm of it＇s culture in the aspects of it＇s history, special flavor, and elegant craft as well as the tendency of development with containing and seepage. From this, the author concludes the Chinese national spirit of ＂harmony＂, ＂honesty＂, ＂change＂, ＂links＂, ＂beauty＂ in the culture of Sichuan cuisine, Finally he introduces the positive influence of Sichuan cuisine in overseas Chinese and proposes specific measures which let the Sichuan cuisine culture connect the origin of the world Chinese people.
