On the Co-operation oflndustries and Schools and the Training of High-skilled Talents

产学融合是在产学结合基础上的发展，是学校与企业的融合。高技能人才是在生产和服务一线从业者中，掌握精深专门知识和具备精湛操作技能，能手脑并用的高级应用性人才。产学融合是培养高技能人才的有效途径，它使专业设置具有针对性，教学内容具有先进性，教学方法具有实践性。要有效实施产学融合须做好构筑校企联合或对话的新平台、建立一支“双师型”教师队伍、围绕岗位要求设置实验、大力争取各级政府的支持等工作。

The co-operation of industries and schools is developed on the basis of the combination of them. High-skilled talents refer to those able persons who work in the productive industries or service industries with special knowledge and excellent operation skills. The interfusion of industries and schools can be an effective way to train high-skilled talents, because it ensures the pertinence of majors, the originality of teaching contents, and the practicality of teaching methods. To actualize the co-operation of industries and schools, new stages should be set for the association or communication between the enterprises and schools, versatile teaching groups should be formed, the curricula should be set according to the needs of the posts and supports should be acquired from governments of all levels.
