摘要
本文从近年来外资、合资企业在高职院校中招聘“银领”人才的几个典型案例入手，对高职院校英语教学现状进行分析，提出高职院校的英语教学必须以就业为导向，减少对学生纯书本知识的要求，采用任务型活动组织课堂教学，突出高职特色。
This article analyzes the current English teaching status in a higher vocational college from several typical cases of foreign and joint venture enterprises to recruit ＂Silver Collar＂ talents in the College in recent years. It proposes that English teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges should be employment-oriented and reduce the net textbook knowledge learning of the students. Classroom teaching should be organized by task-based activities to stress the characteristics of higher vocational education.
