突破高职院校科研工作的瓶颈制约构建现代服务业的产学研创新体系

Break the Constrains of Scientific Research Work at Higher Vocational Colleges, Construct Innovative System of Cooperating Mode of Industry, Education and Research for Modern Service Industry

高职院校科研工作对促进教师自身发展，促进教学改革，带动教师队伍建设，增强学校实力具有重要意义。高职院校科研工作普遍存在着认识、水平、条件、管理等方面的问题。高职院校的科研工作应坚持“纵横出击、软硬兼施、错位竞争”的十二字方略，通过更新观念，提高素质、加强管理、加大投入，构建并完善“教学、科研、生产、开发”一体化办学模式等措施，营造高职院校科研工作的比较优势。

Scientific research not only has great significance to teachers＇ development and the construction of teacher＇ s team, but also facilitates reforms and innovation in teaching so as to promote overall competence of school. There have some common problems in the scientific research work of higher vocational colleges especially in the teachers＇ ability and awareness of research, as well as the conditions and management. This paper views that scientific research should insist on the principle of ＂overall development, both hard and soft tactics, different niche competition＂. By innovating beliefs, promoting qualifications, strengthening management and more investment, vocational schools should implement the operating mode of scientific research which integrates teaching, research, production and exploration to forge the comparative advantage of higher vocational colleges.
