践行科学发展观，积极开展高职科研工作

Carry out the Scientific Concept of Development, Push forward the Scientific Rresearch Work

高职教育有其自身特点，高职院校应以科学发展观为指导，根据自身专业特点及科研优势，结合当地经济发展需要及产业结构特点，积极开展科研活动。本文以成都职业技术学院为例，就强化科研意识、明确科研定位、提高教师科研综合素质、制定科研激励措施和强化科研管理等几方面探寻高职院校开展科研的工作对策和思路。

Higher education has its own characteristics, vocational colleges should be based on the guidance of scientific concept of development. According to the characteristics of their own professional, scientific and technological advantages, combined with local economic development demands and characteristics of the industrial structure, vocational colleges should carry out enough scientific research activities. Taking Chengdu Vocational ＆ Technical College as an example, this paper explores several research work policies and ideas on strengthening scientific research sense in order to improve the overall quality of teachers＇ scientific research; incentives to develop and strengthen the scientific management of higher vocational colleges.
