Investigation and Research on the Operating Mechanism of Regional Vocational Education Group from the Perspective of Overall Urban - rural Education Development

区域职业教育集团自20世纪90年代以来，悄然兴起，但对区域职业教育集团的运行机制的理论归纳还很薄弱。该文对区域职业教育集团的产生、发展的历程和组织模式作了梳理，进而从统筹城乡教育视野下，对区域职业教育集团的运行机制从理论和实践结合的层面上进行了剖析。

Group of regional vocational education was new phenomenon since the 1990＇ s. However, theoretical research on the operating mechanism of regional vocational education group is still weak. This paper briefly summarizes its emergence, development and organizational mode. It then analyzes the operation mechanism of regional vocational education group by the combination of theory and practice from the perspective of overall urban - rural education development.
