摘要
技能型紧缺人才培养战略,是顺应我国经济的快速发展和产业结构优化升级之需而提出的,具有区域性、储备性、技能性和职业性特征。据此提出了依托区域产业特色,实施平台集聚战略;培养储备专业人才,实施专业集群战略;遵循技能行业标准,实施工学结合战略;提升职业发展能力,实施服务聚合战略的人才培养的路径。并进一步提出了人才培养的保障措施。
The strategy on scarce technological talent training is proposed because of the fast economic development in our country and the upgrade requirement of industry structure. Regionalization, reservation, technical ability and occupation are its features. This paper puts forward a new way for tal- ents training, that is to implement the strategy of platform agglomeration based on regional industry traits, to implement the strategy of professional cluster to train and reserve professional talents, to im- plement the strategy of work - study combination following technological industry standards , to implement the strategy of service aggregation to enhance vocational development ability. Further more, it proposes the safeguards for talents training.
