摘要
对大学生而言,在大学阶段要求的五项语言技能听、说、读、写、译中,听居首位,是其他各项技能的基础,因此强调听说英语是英语教学的重要目的之一。目前高职学生的英语听力水平现状与预期目标相去甚远,制约学生听力能力的提升,应采取相应的对策提升英语教学水平。
For college students, English listening is the most important fundamental ability ranking the first among such five basic language skills as listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation. Therefore placing great emphasis on English listening is one of the most important aims in college English listening. The level of English listening for higher vocational college students, however, is far from the expected target and thus affects the improvement of students" listening ability. Strategies should be taken to improve English teaching level.
