仓储系统在物流系统中起着缓冲、调节和平衡的作用,其在以低成本提供令人满意的客户服务方面具有举足轻重的作用。在企业仓储管理决策中,是自营仓储还是公共仓储,成为物流管理者经常面对的问题,对两种仓储的优缺点进行了对比分析。

Storage system plays roles of buffer, adjustment and balance in logistics system. It performs the decisive function in providing satisfying customer service with low cost. The problem often faced by logistics managers is whether selfrun storage or public storage in the decision of enterprise storage management. This paper compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two storages.
