加味厚朴温中汤对大鼠胃液及小鼠胃排空的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察加味厚朴温中汤对大鼠胃液及小鼠胃排空的影响。方法结扎大鼠幽门收集胃液后用酸碱中和法检测胃液中总酸度和游离酸度,Mett毛细管法检验胃蛋白酶活性。分光光度计比色法检测小鼠甲基橙胃残留率,观察胃排空率。结果斯达舒胶囊组和加味厚朴温中汤低剂量组可以显著降低正常小鼠甲基橙残留率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),中、高剂量组胃甲基橙残留率比正常组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);加味厚朴温中汤各剂量组与正常组大鼠比较,胃液总量有不同程度降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且中、高剂量组大鼠胃蛋白酶活性以及胃液游离酸度与正常组比较上升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),胃液总酸度上升具有统计学意义(P<0.05),低剂量组大鼠胃液中游离酸度以及胃蛋白酶活性上升具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味厚朴温中汤可降低大鼠胃液总量从而相对提高胃游离酸、总酸度和胃蛋白酶活性,并促进小鼠胃排空。 Objective To observe the effect of Jiawei Houpu Wenzhong decoction on the gastric fluid and the gastric emptying in normal experimental rats and mice. Methods The pylorus of rats were ligatured to assemble the gastric fluid, the fluid were detected the total acidity and the free acidity with acid-base neutrodyne titration and test the activity of pepsase with the Mett capillary tube method. The residue rate of methyl orange was detected with the method of ultraviolet spectrophotometry, and the gastric emptying rate of the animals were measured. Results Compared with the normal control group, the methyl residue rates in low dose of the decoction and Sidashu capsules groups were decreased (P〈0.01), in the middle and high doses of the decoction groups decreased (P〈0.05), the total contents gastric fluid in each dose of the decoction groups decreased in different degrees(P〈0.05 & P〈0,01), the activity of pepsin and free acidity fluid of the middle and high dose group were upgraded(P〈0.01 ), and the total acidity upgraded (P〈0.05), the activity of pepsin and free acidity fluid of the low-dose group upgraded (P〈0.05). Conclusions The decoction can reduce the total gastric fluid to elevate the secretion of gastric acid and the activity of the pepsase, and promote the gastric empting.
