摘要
目的探讨黄花石蒜愈伤组织的最佳诱导条件,并确定培养物中是否含有生物碱活性成分。方法以黄花石蒜的鳞茎为外植体,接种于不同激素组合的培养基上,开展愈伤组织诱导研究;以诱导出的愈伤组织为材料,采用紫外分光光度法测定总生物碱含量。结果双鳞片在MS+2,4-D2 mg/L培养基上诱导愈伤组织效果最佳;经UV法测定其总生物碱含量为13.33 mg/g。结论黄花石蒜离体培养能够产生愈伤组织,且愈伤组织能够产生生物碱成分。
Objective To investigate and define whether the active principle was aurea was taken as explant to be cultured the optimum induction of callus of Lycoris aurea, exist in the callus. Methods The bulb of Lycoris in different mediums to induce callus which was then detected the volume of total alkaloids with UV-sepctrophotography. Results The medium MS+2, 4-D2 mg/L was the best condition to induce the callus, and the total alkaloids contents was 13.33 mg/g. Conclusions The vitro culture of Lycoris aurea can produce the callus which contained alkaloids.
