闪火灸法治疗带状疱疹的临床研究

Clinical study of Flashing-fire moxibustion on zoster

目的观察闪火灸法治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法将带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组、对照组。治疗组采用闪火灸法和泛昔洛韦片治疗,对照组采用泛昔洛韦片治疗,疗程为7 d。结果两组在疱疹止疱时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间、疼痛缓解程度、疼痛开始缓解时间及疼痛持续时间、带状疱疹综合疗效评分,组间比较均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01)。结论闪火灸法合并药物治疗带状疱疹优于单纯药物治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of flashing-fire moxibustion for herpes zoster. Methods The patients with zoster were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Observer Group take flash fire moxibustion and fameielovir tablets,but the control group take fameielovir tablets. Results Between the two groups, all differences of the disappearing time of the herpes, the time of escharosis and decrustation, the decreasing degree of the pain, the time beginning and relieving pain, and the integrated effect of herpes zoster score were statistically significant （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion The therapy of flashing-fire moxibustion combined drugs for the herpes zostert is more effective to the drugs treatment only.
