摘要
目的探讨沟通技巧融入技术操作培训对护理质量的影响。方法将830名护士分为大外科组和大内科组,大外科组将沟通技巧融入技术操作培训,大内科组则采用传统的技术操作培训,培训前后采用模糊数学评判法分别评价护理人员的操作成效,并调查患者满意度。结果培训后大外科组各项目得分及患者对护理人员工作的满意度较大内科组明显提高(P〈0.01)。而大内科组培训后在目标、核对、准备、实施、操作者整体素质、记录及相关制度、原则方面得分较培训前明显提高(P〈0.01);但在评估、告知、人文关怀方面与培训前比较差异无统计学意义。结论沟通技巧融人到技术操作中培训,较传统单纯的操作培训模式更能彰显培训的效果,能有效的提升护理内涵和专业价值,提高患者的认可度。
Objective To study the influence of technology operation training with communication skills on the quality of nursing. Methods 830 nurses were randomly divided into general surgery department group which were given technology operation training with communication skills and general medical department group which were given traditional technology operation training. Then, the operating results was measured by obscure mathematics evaluation and the degree of satisfaction was investigated before and after training. Results The scores of all items and the degree of satisfaction in general surgery department group were higher than those of gen- eral medical department group after training (P 〈0.01 ) . The scores of aim, check, preparation, practice, the qualities of operators, record and relevant system, principles in general medical department group were significantly improved after training than before training (P 〈0. 01 ) . But the scores of evaluation, infoming, humane care in general medical department group were no significantly different between before and after traing ( P 〉 0. 05) . Conclusions Technology operation training with communication skills could show a better effect than traditional technology operation training, therefore, it could enhance the connotation of nursing and the professional values and the degree of recognition of patients.
