摘要
目的了解保健病房病人对病房管理制度的认可情况,让护理工作更加贴近病人,同时更科学地管理病房。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查表,对1所三级甲等医院保健病房住院的200例病人进行调查。结果关注病人的感觉,制定符合病人利益,又有益于病人康复的切实可行的病房管理制度。结论以人为本进行病房管理,是有效督促病房改进工作的一项重要手段,在病房管理中,作为具体管理执行者既要管理好病房日常工作,又要重视病人独特性,使病房管理要求与病人个体差异和谐共处,相得益彰。
Objective To understand the acceptance of the health - care ward patients on the management system, let nursing close to the patients, and more scientific management of wards. Methods 200 health - care in - patients in a three - level hospitals were investigated by self - designed questionnaire. Results The management system should concern about the patients'feeling, according to the patients'benefit, and benefit the patients' recovery. Conclusions The people-oriented management is an effective management to improve the work of the ward. The executive should manage the day - to - day work and attach importance to the specificity of every patient.
