依托传统医学优势培养具有中医特色的涉外护理人才

中医药学是我国传统文化的瑰宝，中医护理学是中医药学的重要组成部分，它以中医理论为指导，运用整体观念，对疾病进行辨证施护，其理念与西医现代护理有许多相同之处。中国加入WID之后，越来越多的护理毕业生到国外或国内涉外医院工作，既缓解了国内就业压力，又促进了国际问交流合作。中医院校如何依托传统医学优势，培养具有中国文化底蕴、了解国际护理理念的国际化护理人才，从而实现中医护理国际化，已成为中医护理教育界普遍关注的问题。本文从突出中医护理特色、培养文化能力、提高语言能力和整合专业知识4个方面探讨了如何培养具有中医特色的涉外护理人才。

Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） is a treasure of our traditional culture. TCM nursing is an important part of TCM. It takes TCM theory as the instruction, uses holistic notion and provides nursing dialectically. There are many similarities between TCM nursing and western modem nursing. After China joined in WTO, more and more nursing graduates went to work in foreign hospital. This both alleviated the domestic employment pressure and promoted the international cooperation. How to train international nursing experts who have Chinese culture deposits, know international nursing idea and have the nursing basic skills depending on the traditional medicine superiority？ This is an important problem to the universities of TCM. This can realize the TCM nursing internationalization. This article discusses the problem of how to train foreign nursing experts with TCM characteristic on four aspects： giving prominence to TCM characteristic, training cultural competence, sharpening the verbal skill and conforming specialized knowledge.
