急诊医学在“三防”救援中的作用

防核子、防化学、防生物“三防”医学救援工作的重要性和紧迫性已经显现，急诊医学如何参与“三防”这种特殊的灾难医学救援工作是一个重要课题。通过2008年北京奥运安保“三防”医学救援实地工作和演练，体会到急诊医学以抢救生命为核心的理念以及强调时效性、整体性的专业性质和基本技术在“三防”医学救援中可以发挥积极的作用。除此之外，急诊专业人员在“三防”知识、心理承受和相应技能方面要有所准备，对“三防”现场的角色和任务要有所了解，对核、化、生伤害的诊治需进一步掌握。

The importance and urgency of the Three-Defenses medical rescue work in terms of nuclear defense, chemical defense and biological defense has emerged. Emergency medicine in connection with the Three-Defenses, a special disaster medical rescue method has become an important subject. Reviewing the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games security, The Three-Defenses medical rescue field work and exercises, it is realized that the life-saving emergency medicine at the core of the concept, the emphasis on timeliness, integrity and the professional nature of the basic technology in the Three-Defenses medical rescue work effectively. In addition, the emergency professionals have to be on top of the Three-Defenses, psychological skill, as well as the on-spot role and tasks of the Three- Defenses. Further more; they have to be proficient in diagnosis and treatment of nuclear, chemical, biological injury.
