急诊监护室重症脑卒中患者家属对气管插管及机械通气的态度和看法

The attitude of the family members on tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation who＇ s loved one suffering from severe stroke in the emergency intensive care unit

目的了解急性重症脑卒中患者家属对气管插管及机械通气的接受程度、认识程度及决定权的看法。方法采用谈话及调查表方式对急性重症脑卒中患者家属100人进行关于气管插管及机械通气应用的调查。结果绝大多数家属同意进行气管插管及应用呼吸机辅助呼吸，但了解气管插管及机械通气的人极少，大多数的患者家属认为患者是否进行气管插管及呼吸机辅助呼吸，医生更有决定权。结论普及气管插管及机械通气知识，有助于医患之间充分沟通以及理性选择气管插管及机械通气。

Objective To realize the attitude of the family members on tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation whose loved one suffering from severe stroke in the emergency intensive care unit （EICU）. Methods The study was performed at EICU in Beijing Tiantan Hospital to analyze attitudes toward tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation on 100 patients＇ family members who＇ s loved one suffering from severe stroke through interview and survey. Results The majority of the interviewees agreed with theraphy of tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation. Many of the interviewees lacked of relative fundamental knowledge. The majority of the interviewees relied on the physician＇ s ability to judge if tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation were performed. Conclusion Tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation popularization and effective doctor/patient communication will help make the rational decision of tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation.
