Sedative and Hypnot Effects of the Yinao Capsule

目的:对益脑胶囊的镇静催眠药理作用进行初探。方法:采用小鼠自主活动仪观察并记录小鼠自主活动次数及小鼠站立次数;采用腹腔注射阈剂量戊巴比妥钠,观察小鼠入睡潜伏期(从注射戊巴比妥钠到入睡的时间),睡眠时间(从入睡到翻正反射消失的时间);采用腹腔注射阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠,观察各组小鼠入睡动物数,并计算入睡率。结果:大剂量益脑胶囊可显著减少正常小鼠10min内自主活动次数,中剂量益脑胶囊可明显减少活动次数;中、小剂量益脑胶囊组和抗脑衰胶囊组可显著减少小鼠10min内站立次数。大、中剂量益脑胶囊对阈剂量戊巴比妥钠所致小鼠睡眠潜伏期有明显协同作用;大剂量益脑胶囊对小鼠睡眠时间与阈剂量戊巴比妥钠有显著协同作用,中、小剂量益脑胶囊对睡眠时间有明显协同作用。大剂量益脑胶囊对阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠催眠作用有显著协同作用,中剂量益脑胶囊与阈下剂量的戊巴比妥钠有明显协同作用,小剂量益脑胶囊与阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠仅有相同趋势。结论:益脑胶囊有明显的镇静催眠作用。

Objective ： To make a preliminary study on the sedative and hypnotic effects of the Yinao capsules. Method： The number of self - activity and self - standing in mice were recorded by observing the activities of mice in self - activity Instrument; By intraperitoneal injection of pentobarbital sodium of threshold dose, we observed the sleep latency in mice （ the time from pentobarbital sodium injection to fall asleep）and the sleep time（from sleep to the disappearance of righting reflex time） ; By intraperitoneal injection of pentobar- bitat sodium of threshold dose, we observed the number of sleep mice in each group and calculated the rate of fall asleep. Results ： Large - dose Yinao capsules can significantly reduce the number of self - activity of normal mice within lOmin, medium - dose Yinao capsule can obviousely reduce the number of activities; Medium, small - dose Yinao Capsule and anti - brain failure Capsule group can significantly reduce the number of mice standing within 10 min. Large, medium - dose Yinao capsule have obviouse synergy on sleep latency induced by pentobarbital sodium of threshold dose in mice ; large - dose Yinao capsule have significant synergy on sleep time induced by pentobarbital sodium of threshold dose in mice, medium and small - dose Yinao capsule have obviouse synergy on sleep time. large - dose Yinao capsule have significant synergy on hypnotic effects of pentobarbital sodium of Subthreshold dose, medium - dose Yinao capsule and pentobarbital sodium of Subthreshold dose have obviouse synergy, small - dose Yinao Capsule and pentobarbital sodium of Subthreshold dose Only have the same trend. Conclusion： Yinao capsules have obviouse sedative and hypnotic effects.
