HPLC法测定防风通圣丸中连翘苷的含量

Determination of Forsythin in Fangfengtongsheng Pill by HPLC

目的:建立防风通圣丸中连翘苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法、色谱柱为Diamonsic18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(25:75),检测波长为277nm。结果:连翘苷在0.025mg～0.400mg范围内线性关系良好,连翘苷的平均加样回收率为99.63%,RSD为0.20%。结论:该方法准确可靠,分离度好,可用于防风通圣丸的质量控制。

Objective ： To establish a method to determine the content of forsythin in Fangfengtongsheng pill. Method ： HPLC was used. The separation was performed on Diamonsil C18 （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）with acetonitrile -water（ 25：75 ） as a mobil phase the de- tecting wavelength was at 277 nm. Results： Forsythoside showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 025 mg - 0. 400 mg （ r = 0. 9996）, the average recovery of forsythin was 99.62%. RSD was 0.20%. Conclusion：This method is accurate, also showing good separating degree. It can be used in quality control of Fangfengtongsheng pill.
