降压汤治疗原发性高血压40例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 40 Case of Primary Hypertension Treated with Decoction for Dropping Blood Pressure

目的:观察自拟降压汤治疗原发性高血压的疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组口服自拟中药观察两组患者治疗后血压的变化。结果:两组患者收缩压、舒张压均有明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟降压汤治疗原发性高血压安全可靠,且疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Object： To observe the clinical effect of decoction for dropping blood pressure. Method：80 cases were randomly divided into the test group （40 cases） treated with Chinese medicine and the control group （40 cases）. To observe the changs of the blood pressure of patients. Results ： Two groups of patients＇ systolic pressures and the diastolic pressure improved obviously （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the efficacy of the test group was superior to the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The decoction for dropping blood pressure has better effects to treat primary hypertension and should be popularized in clinical practice.
