Dicussion of Treating Children Chronic Cough from Lung Spleen and Kidney

依据中医理论结合小儿生理病理特点,从肺、脾、肾三脏论治小儿慢性咳嗽,从肺论治包括肺郁久咳、肺伤久咳、肺虚久咳;从脾论治包括脾困久咳、脾虚久咳;从肾论治包括肾阴虚久咳、肾气虚久咳。不同证型采取不同方药辨证论治收到良好的治疗效果。

According to the Theory of TCM and The physiologic and pathologic characteristic of children, treating chronic cough in the pediatric from regulating lung, spleen and kidney. Treatment by regulating lung, includes prolonged cough of lung depression,lung im- pairment and lung deficiency; treatment by regulating spleen, includes prolonged cough of spleen deficiency and spleen dampness ; regulating kidney, includes prolonged cough of kidney yin deficiency and qi deficiency. It shows good therapeutic effect. Treatment by using different decoctions to the corresponding syndromes according to the principlt of syndrome differentiation and treatment.
