摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:采用中药治疗,针刺治疗结合西医星状神经节阻滞疗法,治疗1～2疗程。结果:53例患者中,显效31例,有效19例,无效3例,有效率为94.0%。结论:中西医结合治疗偏头痛疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of migraine treated with combination of CM with Western medicine. Methods： The illness was treated with Chinese medicine, acupuncture combined with stellate ganglion block therapy. Treating time was 1 - 2 course of treatment. Result： 31 cases among 53 cases were improved after treatmentl9 cases were effective3 cases were inefficient so the effective rate were 94.0%. Conclusion ： combination of TCM with Western medicine has better curative effects in treating migraine.
