摘要
铸旋铝合金轮毂以其高强度、轻量化的特点逐渐成为铝合金轮毂的一个重要发展方向。通过铸造模拟软件MagmaSoft对铸旋的压铸过程进行模拟,根据模拟结果优化模具结构和生产工艺,解决轮辐根部缩松问题,提高铸造成品率,为企业带来一定的经济效益。
Cast flow forming aluminum alloy wheel becomes an important direction for its light weight and high strength. The casting course was simulated and optimized with MagmaSoft. Base on the simulation results, the shrinkage at the junction of rim and spoke was disappeared.
