摘要
我国在向市场经济转轨的过程中存在垄断行业，垄断是造成不同行业职工收入差距逐步扩大的主要原因。文章列举了垄断行业高薪的现状和影响，分析了其原因，并提出了政策措施方面的建议。
The monopolized industry exists in our country in the process of the transformation from planned economy to market economy. The monopoly has been the main cause of income gap among different industries. This essay analyzes the current situation and causes of high payment in monopoly industry and its influence, then proposes some policy measures.
