本文阐述了信息时代教师的角色为课程教学的研究者，学习方法的指导者，知识体系的构建者和学生的心理医生。信息时代教师必须具备信息化素养，计算机知识和交际沟通技能等方面的素质，并在教师转变角色的过程中所应采取的措施。

In the age of information, a teacher should be researcher of course teaching, instructor of learning strategies, scafollder for construction of knowledge and the psychological guide of students, so teachers must have the information qualifications, know how to use computer and master the basic communicative skills. Thus teachers must take measures to achieve the successful shift of roles.
