本文从产业形式和本质、人员构成与去向、培养策略与过程等角度阐述了对“多元合作人才培养”的内涵认识，例举了在此认识下的探索实践，寄望以此明晰进一步工作推进的策略和方法。

In this essay, we probe into the connotation of the multiple cooperation mode of talents cultivation from the perspectives of industrial forms and essence, personnel composition and the trend, as well as the cultivating strategies. We also provide the empirical research and practice conducted at our school, in the hope that we can come up with effective approaches and strategies to promote the work .
