江泽民同志保护水资源思想研究

水是生命之源，保护水资源、合理利用水资源是江泽民同志十分关注的重要问题。江泽民同志指出保护水资源是我国的基本国情决定的，做好这项工作，关系到社会主义新农村建设的成败，关系到全面建设小康社会的实现，关系到国家和社会的稳定。必须采取有效措施保护水资源，下大力气解决洪涝灾害、水资源短缺、水污染和环境与生态退化问题，实现水资源可持续发展。

Water is the source of life and Jiang Zemin attaches great importance to protecting water resource and using water resource properly. Jiang Zemin indicates that protecting water resource is determined by our national conditions. Whether the work is done well or not has to do with the success of socialism new countryside construction, with the realization of Xiaokang Society, with the stability of the country and the society. It is a must to adopt effective measures to protect water resource, take effect to deal with flood disaster, water shortage, water pollution, problems between environment and ecological degeneration and realize the sustainable development of water resource.
