构建旅游实训基地，促进三效合一——成都职业技术学院旅游专业校内实训基地建设感悟

Construction of Tourism Training Base, the Three - way to Promote Unity--Thoughts on the Training Base Construction for Tourism Majors of Chengdu Vocational ＆ Technical College

要实现高职旅游教育的培养目标，办出高职旅游特色，就必须充分体现高职教育教学的有机环节——实践性教学。我院根据“以学生能力本位为指导，以岗位任务为驱动，以目标分解为主要手段”的指导思想，通过行业调研、确立建设目标、设计实践课程、构建仿真实践环境、评价实践教学结果等几个步骤，在校内建立了11个仿真实训室，强实的校内仿真实训基地的建立，促进了我院实践教学社会效益、教育效益及经济效益的三效合一。

To achieve the objectives of higher tourism education, it is necessary to follow the rule of higher vocational education, especially the practical teaching. Our college attaches great importance to the exploration and practice ideas of students＇ competency - based, mission - driven and target decomposition approach. Now we have established 11 simulated training and practice rooms which followed the procedures of industry research, construction objective setting, practice curriculum design, simulated practice environment construction, and the evaluation of practice. The establishment of in - school training base has promoted the efficiency of practice teaching, gained the college good reputation and economic benefits.
