摘要
本文在介绍压力的内涵、形成原因的基础上，对高职教师的压力过度现象进行分析，从社会、学校和教师自身层面探讨了造成高职教师压力的因素，并从学校管理者角度提出了相应的压力管理策略。
On the base of introducing the connotation and cause of formation of pressure, this paper analyszes the over- pressure phenomenon of higher vocational teachers, discusses the reasons causing pressure of high vocational teachers from the aspect of society, school and teachers, and indicates certain countermeasures and management strategies from the part of school manager.
