摘要 用不同的溶剂对槟榔种子中的脂肪酸进行提取,确定了乙酸乙酯为较好的提取溶剂,考察了提取温度、提取时间和料液比3个因素对提取槟榔种子油的影响,确定了最佳工艺参数:提取温度60℃,提取时间4h,料液比1∶10。在最佳提取工艺下进行提取,槟榔种子油的得率为95.01%。 Fatty acids from Areca nut seeds were extracted with various solvents, and ethyl acetate was found a better extraction solvent. Effects of ratio of Areca nut seed to extraction solvent, and temperature and time of extraction on oil extraction rate were investigated to find optimum processing parameters. The optimum conditions for oil extraction rate were when the seeds were heated for 4 h at 60℃ with the ratio of Areca nut seed to extraction solvent of 1:10. Under these conditions the extraction rate of Areca nut seed oil was 95.01%.
