摘要
宇佐美曲霉粟色变种Ｌ３３６酸性蛋白酶是一种理想的毛皮软化剂，采用正交试验，对酸性蛋白酶软化条件进行了研究，结果表明较优的软化条件为：酶浓度４５μ／ｍｌ、温度３８℃、ｐＨ值２．５～３．０、软化时间８小时左右；
Acid protease produced by Asp. usamii is an ideal bating agent to fur. The bating conditions of sheep pelt had been studied by orthogonal test and the experimental results showed that the optimum conditions were concentration of acid protease about 45μ/ml, temperature about 38℃, time about eight hours, and pH 2.5～3.0. The study process also illustrated the acid protease was more effective than neutral protease as fur bating agent.
