高校女生网球选项课开展迷你网球教学的探讨

Discussion on Setting up Mini-tennis Optional Course of College Female Students

本文对目前高校女大学生网球选项课的教学现状、女大学生的运动生理、心理特点及迷你网球的特征进行了分析,认为硬式网球不适应高校女大学生网球选项课初级阶段的教学,应开展迷你网球教学,推动网球运动更好的普及。

This paper analyzed the current teaching status in the tennis optional course of female college students and discussed their physical and psychological characteristics as well as the feature of mini-tennis.The studied show that the hard tennis not met the teaching of female college student s tennis optional course.It should be carried out mini-tennis and promote the popularity of tennis better.
