摘要
在简要回顾纺粘法非织造布生产技术的发展和现状的基础上,介绍了艾森(Ason)新纺粘法的工艺及设备,特征及与其他纺粘技术的不同之处.从纺丝理论和实验两个方面说明了该技术的基本原理,并讨论了其特征和优越性.
A general review of current spunbond technologies is given followed by a description of the differences of Ason spunbond process and equipment vs. other conventional technologies. The characteristies of the Ason technology are analyzed based on an understanding of the fundamentals of the melt spinning technique along with the trial results. The features and the advantages of the Ason spunbond technology are then discussed.
